The James Chabot Dragonfly Boardwalk

The Dragonfly Boardwalk and trail in Athalmer, BC run adjacent to a popular beach on Lake Windermere. This site allows visitors to James Chabot Provincial Park to enjoy views of both the nearby wetlands and the lake. Onsite interpretive panels provide educational materials on key species and features of the wetlands. This a collaborative project, created with assistance from the Ministry of Environment, the District of Invermere, local businesses and community volunteers.
